About Me

I'm joining Service Space because ... I want to learn more about the 4 shifts and incorporate them more fully into my life and work.

A good day to me is when ... I am present and in the flow of life.

My hero in life is ...Again, so many.....Angeles Arrien, John O'Donohue, Thich Nhat Hanh, Brother David Stendl Rast, David Whyte, Oprah, Peace Pilgrim, Maya Angelou

My favorite book is ...So many...... If I had to choose one, I would say Seabiscuit. It's such a beautiful reminder that surface appearances don't reflect what is in the heart .I also love To Bless the Space Between Us, by John O'Donohue.

One thing I'm grateful for is ... my health
