On Relationships: Dialogue With Nipun Mehta

It ended up generating a very powerful vibration in the room, and in the spirit of gratitude, many volunteers offer this edited transcript.] Relationships have been a great spiritual practice for me. It has a great potential to be a mirror for us. Its spectrum ranges from forgiveness to compassion. Forgiveness is about holding space for relationships that haven’t ended in love, and while on the other end of the spectrum, compassion is about generating love for relationships that we don’t personally benefit from. Taken sincerely, it’s a rigorous practice. And it requires a solid commitment to one’s own inner transformation.
