Mar 27, 2020, 1 comments, 9 smiles Heart circles and it’s magic Today did a virtual heart circle and I am so grateful to have received so much love from around. It was a beautiful experience where the question was what are we holding and what are we letting go. After the circle I just felt so full of positivity and love. There is truly some magic when we are ready to dive deeper in our own world. Especially the pandemics has been spreading and we are all trying to spread karuna in our own little ways.Grateful to this spirit of heartists, and also grateful to this space for so much of positivity and joy.

Jul 25, 2018, 10 smiles Art is heart with circles and love When I hear the word “ heart circle”,it brings me immense happiness just as purely as I’m watching a baby smile. Recently did a heart circle at Nagpur at a home which is transforming into a shelter home for 92 and more girls. These girls now have a home, which is volunteer run by an NGO called Zero gravity. These girls in a hall where seated in a circle and when I asked them to sit in silence they literally did that, to which I still feel awe and admiration for the girls. ... Read Full Story
Mar 07, 2018, 3 comments, 16 smiles Some evenings are beautiful when family comes together for one of the most rare things. Because doing things together is a joy. One Sunday afternoon I was just cutting some sheets which apparently weren’t happening properly, my dad happened to pass, and offered his help saying Can I help you with this? I was happy and I said yeah let’s do this together. In the evening all of us were home , and my mom asked me can I help you write on these cards. She said her handwriting and drawing is not at all good, but she still wants to offer. I have always learnt that the space of inviting people is significant, however they want to do it, its their wish What stuck me was I just said whatever you are moved to do, please do it. With every card she would show me is this okay? Does this color ... Read Full Story
