I have cultivated peace
With snippets of song
Flown on a feathered wing.
I have wrapped silence
Around my body
With each breath deep.
I have felt my heart
Hum in tune to the
Loving electricity
That connects us all.
I wondered how
Can this be,
So perfectly perfect
In this wondrous
Now?
Stilled and quiet
The answer unfolds
Before me like a carpet
Of green green stories
Hinted at and almost told.
