Many of you might know by now the story of brother Oscar Grant. The Sundance award winning film about his tragic destiny has been screening in the Bay Area for the last couple of weeks. A few people from Canticle Farm watched the film yesterday, and it reveled to some of us the context of our work in Fruitvale. To see reality as it is around here, to channel that energy to step up our nonviolence through love in action and to manifest it in the community as consistent contributors. [Service Space ecosystem-style ;-)]

If after seeing the film you feel an uncontrollabe indignation, even anger, and your compassionate spirit urges you to do something about it to facilitate the healing of our Earth Community, we invite those of you who live around the Bay Area, to join us this coming Thursday for our evening meditation at the platform of the Fruitvale BART station where we honor the lives of the Oscar Grants and the Trayvon Martins of the world, in what we call BART to HEART...

Our hearts are not connected to the Universal Love. Our hearts ARE Universal Love! :-)
