We have two amazing women who come to cook and clean our home. I call them "aunty" unlike others who will address them as "bai". I have followed this practice of always paying their salary on Day 1. Today when I did that, one of my aunty shared this.."I am so confident that you will give me salary today that I am never worried about buying my monthly ration" . I was in tears thanking her for giving me that opportunity to be vigilant about this always.
