A dozen diverse folks responded to the invite for an Awakin Thimpu (in Bhutan) last Wednesday night. Policy makers from Bhutan's GNH (Gross National Happiness) project, a German film maker, yogi and a meditation teacher from Plum Village among others. Felt connected to the sacred in each of us who came as I sat on the cushion in metta. So much gratitude for all the Awakin circles across time and space which allow me to come home to my true self wherever life takes me. Gratitude.
