I'm joining Service Space because ... I recently met Nipun Mehta and he asked me about participating in Awakin calls - which sounded marvelous. What a lovely group this is and I am delighted to join.
A good day to me is when ... I’m present and appreciating what arises, and see ways to optimize every situation for myself & others.
My hero in life is ...My meditation teacher, Shinzen Young, who has taught me by example about egoless service, and through his teachings how to be more present, to suffer less and appreciate more - and, of course, his never-ending insistence that I teach others. 😊
My favorite book is ...Oh, that’s so hard! I will come back to this .....
One thing I'm grateful for is ... The challenges that have helped me grow.
