Inspiration from Around the World
  • Awakin Vegetable Garden: An inspiring story of a vegetable garden that was planted and gifted to an Awakin Circle host in Detroit by someone in the community to make her dreams a reality! :)
  • Melbourne Ripples in Motion: Last year, Nathan interviewed Nipun for a magazine, Dumbo Feather, and it left him energised and made a deep impression. Since then, locally they created an Awakin Circle in Melbourne, published another article on "multiple forms of capital", their founders attended a ServiceSpace retreat, and most recently they've been doing some kindness experiments too! You might enjoy reading this interview, which seeded all of these ripples of goodness. :)
  • Dignity for Differently Abled People: Earlier this year, we had a spontaneous visit by Pavithra Sundareshan at an Awakin Circle in Pimlico. You may enjoy reading these inspiring Awakin Call highlights from her journey of founding a social enterprise that almost entirely employs people with disabilities!
  • Love Pill like Sister Lucy: A long-time volunteer in India offers this account of the transformational journey she witnessed of a 7-year-old girl, who she was supporting, after she realised that sharing her love unconditionally was the answer.

We look forward to being with you at an upcoming gathering this month.

With love and gratitude,

Trishna, Ani, Mita, Vicky, Shamash, Ewa and Prashant
