With a lot of learning for soul and contentment in hearts, we finished the 21 day challenge yesterday. But after listening to each one’s reflection, it seemed like it was actually a new beginning- A new way of life!

Renu was satisfied to grow awareness in her daily routine and bring some kindness into it. She said that although she had been doing such acts earlier also, but this time the feel was totally awesome. Chhaya made an effort to save the mother earth by bringing in consciousness of not wasting water in any form-brushing, cleaning or cooking. Jyoti was overjoyed to move out of her comfort zone and serve the little angels on the road side. The little girls were taken for an ice-cream party and a joy ride. She reflected that the challenge has helped to use her physical, skills and financial resources in the right way.

Payal was overwhelmed with the feeling of connecting ‘dil se’ with other people, which otherwise seemed to be a kindless world. Aradhna and rachana have boosted up their confidence and added happiness in their lives. Their relations with the kids have blossomed after writing them letters of love. Kavita could figure out that kindness attracts kindness and as a result, she had been receiving kindness from people around these days. She surprised her mother in law with a hand made cake and grew bonds with her.

Roshni has developed a sense of awareness and patience in her daily life. She took considerable efforts to get a medicine for a needy, which was not available in the city. She also surprises people with home made meal cooked with love often. Disha was really grateful for finishing the challenge this time, after doing it partially twice, last year. Sneha took special care to go on a ‘no complain mode’ at least for the day. She made great connections with strangers during her train journey by offering seat to the needy. She could also spread her love to a lady vendor on a beach.

Niyanta was very contended with the feeling that she had started loving herself. No complaint day had really helped her grow positively. She shared responsibly that they use ‘patals’ instead of plastic plates in their society functions, as an effort to save the environment. Shweta has started enjoying her own company and hence enjoyed each and every act done.

I feel really blessed to get an opportunity to pay it forward - spreading smiles and love around. With kindness in our thoughts, words and actions, the world seems to be a beautiful place to live in!!!
Moving on to the Gratitude challenge next week!!
Jai jagat!!
