Greetings all the noble people who are reading this small story, First try at writing a blog, I am going to write what comes to my mind, hehehehe.

Before I start about my Hasyatra, have to tell you all about how I became a clown, and trust me it is a big big coincidence:

My friend Nivendra met a clown from Australia, and he invited Niv to Hospital nearby for clowning in hospital and he joined Brett(Clown from Australia), and soon he left to Australia. We happened to meet very coincidentally at about same time and we hit it off in the hospital, and this was my first snap from clowning:

I felt out of the world after this experience, it was in many ways therapeutic for me and the recipients and from there on my clowning journey started.

Recently there was a retreat in Ahmedabad and there also because of Nivendra I came and was a part of an amazing journey of transformation. I realized so many things that need a perception check from my end, and much needed reality check.

Being that clown monkeys that we were, we had to clown in between the retreat. Yes we clowned, Uff one Laughter Yogi joined us and we instantly came up with a storyline about Gandhiji's three monkey story, there started my Hasyatra which I'm writing about:

and our new clown Laughter Yogi - Khush:

Everyone who were in Maitri Milan enjoyed, at least what they have told us, (*Giggles*) so Niv and I decided that we should do it for the schools there, and various places and we got guidance from Jayesh Bhai to do so.

On the third day we got an extended invitation to Kutch-Bhuj, to do clowning there & since we keep our schedule open, we just accepted the invitation. Due to festival time they informed us that even if we went with them right then, it would be a waste of time, and that we wouldn't be able to clown for many kids. Instead it was decided by all of us that we would clown in Ahmedabad for 2 days and immediately after that Compassionate Clowning in Bhuj was on!!

We were so lucky to have a person to Guide Niv and me to all the places where we had to clown, and we put on our faces and we did clowning for around 2 places, before we could do more it was time for my friend to catch his flight. *sob* *sob*

Day 2 in Ahmedabad

MeetJi took me to Govt school and I came  up with an act and decided to make them all laugh, just laugh no agenda other that whatsoever. Trust me thats what happened right after I got the slot. Would you like to see some pictures? Of course yes. Here they are:

and the world famous Banana dance:

voila!! Followed by that, there was some casual clowning on the streets of ahmedabad:

Day 2 in Ahmedabad comes to an end after 2 more clowning sessions, now time for Clowning in Bhuj, Bus ticket booked by very generous hosts - Sandeepji and Sushmaji and the shocking part is that as soon as the bus ticket is booked I get a message from Sushmaji that-

"Aslam will pick you up. See u Harish! Your first seva will be in a school at 8:30 am 2moro. All 200 Children and teachers getting together for a morning with you!"

Now after reading this message, I instantly change to my clown costume and board the bus, thinking that as soon as I reach Bhuj - Its clowning time, but it happened that, everything was planned out, I had ample amount of time before I clown. One beautiful family hosted me, early morning at 6, Aslamji came to pick me up and the family was so hospitable, I still remember everyone in their family. Loved them totally.

First seva time at Sinchan school, I'm little nervous, but then I put the make up, put the clown face on and leave every emotion but laughter behind and get my bag up and had an amazing 45 minutes of non-stop laughter with the kids and teacher, sadly I broke a chair also in midst of all that fun. Photos?

Yes:

That is also the chair which I broke :p

and the group photo with all the kids:

Yeah we all want peace \ /

So following that there were clowning back to back at three places and let me say around 2 days in Ahmedabad and 2 days in Bhuj Compassionate clowns were able to spread Laughter (Hasya) to around 1500 people approx.

Hope that I do more Hasyatras!

p.s. Beg your pardon for my poor blogging skills :p
p.p.s Ask away anything regarding this blog ;)

Keep smiling, lots of love, compassion and laughter to you.
