On 10th Dec, few of us visited Pedambali village, where we are hosting Gramya Manthan winter edition between 17 - 25 Dec. (more details shall follow),  we spent time with elders and with one of the most inspiring couple at Jaldeep and Snehal's home.  We saw this hand drawn picture of Gopal dada, teacher of Ishwar dada by our very own Lahar, from the favorite song of Gopal dada amongst thousands of songs he knew - "thy resides in every country, stream with many forms and names  but is one- Jai Jagat ". We all were moved with the wisdom, poured in these few words. As in next few days more than 40 youngsters from very diverse background from across India (14 states) were to stay in this village with the spirit of Jai Jagat !

On our way back we met - Vasant dada, who was a noble friend of Gopal dada. Vasant dada walked thousands of miles with Vinoba Bhave during Bhudan movement in his youth and when he was in 30s he donated everything (including more than 40 acres of land) to the village and anchored himself in this Madhi engaging himself in farming of soil and soul. He is living on raw food since last 45 years, wears Khadi clothes spun by himself and serves the humanity with his sheer presence and pure intentions !!! We were accompanied by Kanchan dada ( late Ihwar dada's colleague) and it was an experience witnessing elders showing faith in youth and conversing for universal good with indomitable spirit.

We also met- Mani dada, a 105 years old young spirit, on asking what is the reason of your spirit and joy- he told simply- most of the time in my life I focused on doing good for others through small acts of love and kindness and in the end what will go with one will be the essence of good deeds that one accomplished !!!
He again affirmed our faith on small acts of kindness !
