Dear HeArtist 

With the festive season round the corner I am sure our mother's must have started EXTRA cleaning the homes, discarding the old to make space for new things to arrive. The home will be filled with aromas coming from the kitchen where she will be putting her heart making some special delicacies for all of us.

The most unique thing about her is that she keeps doing all of this round the year be it cleaning, cooking, sharing love, her time and most importantly her self everything in the most unconditional way. How about writing a letter to her? How about sharing our favorite memory of her in it? How about sharing how grateful we are? How about sharing all that we feel for her? 

This Sunday I invite all of you to dive deeper into the love that we have received from our mother's and to pour it out in the form of words and post it to our nearest postbox and wait till she finds the letter:)

5:00- 5:30- Silence 
5:30-6:30- HeArt-Hands time
6:30-7:00- Reflection/Head time
