Awakin Circle at Mahendra-Bhai's House
You're invited to a one-time Awakin Circle in Palo Alto, this Monday. It comes at the special request of Mahendra Uncle.

Due to his failing health, Mahendra-bhai has not been able to attend Awakin Circles in Santa Clara. On so many days, he would often comment that those Wednesdays have been the highlight of his past few years! When he went into a multi-day surgery at the hospital, even though he couldn't say anything, he requested Dinesh-Uncle to sit by his bedside and meditate together.

Some of you might know the story of Mahendra-bhai's wife, Meera-ben as well. One fine day, she walked into the Mehta home and both her and Harshida Aunty had a strange sense that they knew each other. They didn't realize it at first, but they soon discovered that when Harshida Aunty was in 4th grade, they had lived in a very small town together in India -- when Harshida Aunty admired Meera-ben as the first female authors in the state! She herself went on to become an author, but never could thank Meera-ben, until they reunited decades later in Santa Clara. Untill she passed away couple years ago, Meera-ben would also join Awakin Circles on her wheelchair.

Mahendra Uncle really misses being with everyone, so he and family would like to invite you to their first Awakin Circle at his home in Palo Alto. As always, we will do a short meditation, followed by a circle of sharing, and then a vegetarian meal.

To join, please RSVP below and we'll send you the details shortly.
