Dear friends,

Inspired by Awakin Circles and the spirit of community, we are gathering on Saturday 27th of January at Sunita's home in the Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai to sit in silence for an hour, do a circle of sharing our "aha" moments (around an inspirational reading), and have a home-cooked vegetarian meal together. There is no cost to attend and there is no underlying agenda. It is simply an offering in the spirit of stillness and service.

Our format for the evening goes like this:

6:00PM	An hour of collective silence; its unguided, without any music. For first-timers, this primer on meditation may be helpful.
7:00PM	Short reading, followed by a circle of sharing of “aha” moments from everyday life.
8:00PM	Home-cooked vegetarian meal
