|WHAT:||"Our capacity to Love is a currency that never runs out." --Nipun Mehta
You're invited to go within at our upcoming Awakin London One-Day Retreat, with a very special guest and dear friend Nipun Mehta, the founder of ServiceSpace, who is in town for a few days en route from a speaking engagement at Wisdom Together in Munich. Last year, Nipun's visit once again planted many beautiful seeds in the hearts of Londoners and we look forward to co-creating goodness together on June 18th! For a glimpse into Nipun's journey, here's a brief summary in his own words: "My life is an attempt to bring smiles in the world and silence in my heart. I want to live simply, love purely, and give fearlessly. That's me."
The retreat will take place in Mill Hill (Northwest London) on Sunday, June 18th from 9:30am-6:00pm. Retreats offer unique opportunity to step away from our daily routines and offer ourselves some time to reflect, cultivate and serve in the company of noble friends who share our commitment to being the change we wish to see. Our day together will feature some space for silence, inspiring talks, interactive breakouts, reflective exercises and ample activities to reconnect more deeply with ourselves and each other. The entire retreat is offered as a gift by its volunteers, in alignment with ServiceSpace values.
For those who haven't attended past retreats in London, you can read more about them and check out the photos here:

Our theme for this retreat is reconnection:
Our world today faces unprecedented challenges, rooted in multiple forms of disconnection. By losing connection to nature, we have created an ecological divide; by diluting connection with each other, we have manifested a social divide; and by ignoring connection with ourselves, we have deepened our spiritual divide. As these chasms widen at an alarming rate, many are rising up to forge bridges that reconnect us. Whether you're working at the personal, inter-personal, or trans-personal level, how are you reconnecting? What have been the most promising examples of building trust in your community? In an era of decentralized movements, how can we "ladder" ecologies of positive deviance?
To join us for this very special Awakin London retreat, please RSVP below. Sooner the better. :) One of the coordinators will then email you all the necessary details, few days prior to the gathering. We look forward to collectively learn from and be inspired by each others' journeys, and feel grateful that Nipun will be able to spend the day with our local community.
