About Barbara:  
A business psychologist and the founder of Vision Aligns, Barbara is committed to working with leaders across the world who are making a positive difference. Born into an entrepreneurial family, she witnessed firsthand what a career dedicated to making a business successful can look like. And she learned to pay special attention to the ripple effects of that way of life in all its different energy-generating, as well as energy-sapping manifestations. Those early experiences planted the seed for her dream: To support brave, visionary founders around the world in aligning their gifts, vision, business model and operations such that they return home each day from work-- not drained and deflated, but inspired, and at ease, and able to ignite the best in others around them. Today Barbara is living that dream,

Fueling this work is her own personal transformation, generosity and creative capacities. With a background in social studies and business psychology Barbara has worked in diverse settings including with vulnerable kids in crisis situations, inmates in maximum security prisons, with social enterprises, corporations and more. Her warm heart, keen mind and intuitive spirit have touched many. In this circle we will have the opportunity to learn more about Barbara's shaping influences, the twists and turns in her life path, and stories and insights from her  wide-ranging interactions with people who are trying to live into their deepest potential. There will also be time for Q&A with listeners.
