|WHAT:||We again invite past and potential Awakin Calls hosts and moderators to join us for a second learning circle to collaboratively enhance our capacities for transformative conversations, so that we can better meet the hunger in the world for greater depth, connection and authenticity. Let's continue our dive into the craft of creating deeply powerful conversations.
Stephanie Nash and Joe Houska will co-facilitate and intend that this call might help us track our speakers better, so that we might more deeply elicit what's most alive within them. Stephanie facilitates the learning of mindfulness and various presentation skills, including acting and directing. Joe facilitates learning the practice of Nonviolent Communication.
They will ask a couple people to share an experience of how deep listening led to a change in the direction of an interview. Joe will offer how one might choose to tune into the speaker's feelings using Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication to find what's alive in the speaker. After Stephanie guides a meditation that invites you to track your emotional feelings, we'll have a breakout session with groups of 2 or 3 to practice. Coming back into the full circle, we hope to harvest and share further insights and questions to ponder.
