Over the last week or so, we’ve all been processing the open letter about Pancho. 

After a communication outlining our initial steps as a ServiceSpace community in response to this painful situation, we reached out to the women who were impacted, expressing our deep grief and sadness, and shared a public blog articulating some of the questions we’re holding as an organization.
