This Sunday we warmly invite all of you to HeArt circle to dip your hands and heart with the various art forms and see for yourself what emerges with the power of art and the collective. 

The theme for this month is Kintsugi, which translates as the golden joinery to mend in a way that highlights (rather than hides) the damage. It is a way of living that embraces every flaw and imperfection turning into something more beautiful and resilient. 

The question for reflection is your own experience of  "golden journey" of something tender and valuable that you are/were holding currently which has been made visible by the current churning. 

The invitation is to immerse in a creative process and see what unfold when our head, hands and heart come together.
