Just wanted to drop a note saying we had such a beautiful Karma Kitchen last night in London! With the cafe's staff deciding to volunteer to cook during their day off, and having more people registering to volunteer than to eat at first, I knew Trishna and her loving crew were putting together something special in London yet again! :)

Karma Kitchen was buzzing all night with both sittings fully packed and overflowing, volunteers bursting with so much enthusiasm, generosity and LOVE! Our closing circle at the end of the night said it all! The intentions that we all collectively shared with the circle just before opening the doors to welcome our first guests were so beautifully held throughout the evening as we came together more than just as a team -- it felt like we were a family, hosting our friends for dinner :)

I was volunteering for the first time at Karma Kitchen and was in charge of hugs and serving tables which was super fun!  Here's a photo from our 'Hug Cam':

A gourmet chef (who made the bread this time) wants to cook next time! And I'm signed on to wash dishes next time -- apparently there's a lot for me to learn there. ;)

Thank you for keeping the KK vision alive!  More juicy details coming to a blog near you, but for now a photo of our happy crew:
