What is a slow story that you've experienced in the context of ServiceSpace?

Everyday, I make school lunch for my children.
Since I work a lot and I do not have so much time to talk and play with my children,,,,making lunch is one way of communicating with them.
I wake up early in the morning and spend a lot of time making lunch.
I put in a power of love through prayer....
When I make my elder daughter's lunch,,,,I always put intention of ' please enjoy your day. please share your gift with a lot of your friends. Thank you Miki's body for always working so hard for Miki.
I hope this food will help you stay healthy and I hope it will heal your body and mind. I love you and I thank the food for sending my love to my daughter'

We can choose whether we buy or bring lunch.
Many parents prefer to buy lunch because it is easier and faster.

But I have been doing this for nearly 7years because every morning when I make lunch for my daughters,,,,,the act of making lunch is a kind of meditation and a kind of a service and a kind of a sending th unseen message and love toward my children.

Taking time to do things that is precious to one's life is a true happiness that you can never buy with money

Looking forward to meeting all of you

Sending Maki <
