Birju is a great speaker -- and it's wonderful to have a video of him speaking about transformation from the lens of finance. :)
From time to time I am attending seminars about well-being in a business company. I always leave the meeting sad, dissapointed, some time a little bit irritated, feeling that there are handling this fundamental topic with a corporate lens: what sort of practices can we develop to make people feel well in order they bring more creativity, efficiency, productivity, yield, financial performance, etc... it is always what motivates them, to build like a standard, techical practices to reach this objective.
THANK YOU Dearest Birju for giving us the demonstration that there is a so "simple path" to bring well being in the corporate world...and with what an effect...
Great watching this! Loved how the folks in the background were not paying attention (perhaps as usual) at the start of the 4 minutes, but were gripped and all watching Birju at the end of 4 minutes :-)
