More Magic To Awakin Calls - How Is Your Experience?
We have a number of really good changes in our system (thanks to Nipun and all of our thought leaders) that I think are paving the way for even more fun, even more depth and even more richness to the calls.
Here are my three favorite things –
One: We have a very effective feedback loop now to reflect on experience of a call. I think the feedback especially from guest speakers is very insightful, helpful.
Two: We have a much more powerful system now for the call profile pages… the questionnaire goes out to speakers well in advance, Preeta leads in with amazing bio pages… and most importantly now I think we have context of conversations with guest speakers. It is making it so much more fun.
Three:We are streaming the calls, now.

One suggestion, it's important to have enough information to piece together the final audio file for future reference. Ideally, the host should present the moderator with something like "Our moderator today is Nipun Mehta is a giftivist... etc.", and the moderator do the same for the guest "Our guest today is John Doe, his work encompasses... etc.".
To have the full names connected to who they are in the conversatoin facilitates piecing together the final tape.
