Last week's Awakin reading reminded of a story of my 2.5 year old daughter, Reva.  When she gets upset, I will usually play a game with her -- "Oh, Reva, your face has all these ugly anger dots on your face.  Why don't you rub them out?"  She will start rubbing her hands gently across her face, and along the way, I ask her: "Oh, they're going away.  Is your anger going away too?"  She will nod, while still rubbing her face.  Pretty soon, the dots will disappear along with her anger, and she realizes that anger arises but just as easily passes away.  Even more importantly, I get to learn the same lesson with her. :)
