Be the Change

Build trust through your own emotion work.  This is hard.  The practice is not about 'doing something,' but rather watching for when you feel emotionally off center.  At that time, do your best to shift the pattern by 1% towards vulnerability, authenticity, humility, skillfulness.  If you end up having a chance to implement, send me a note!
