Be the Change

Practice a new form of dialogue.  Hold an intention to be aware of how you are in conversation and do 1 thing differently than 'normal' in each conversation you have over the next week.  Perhaps that means listening when you would have spoken, or perhaps asking a question out of real sense of inquiry.  Take 2 minutes in evening to reflect on what happened.
