Be The Change

"You matter to me" as the article suggests is indeed a very empowering statement. But before we extend this out to our children, can we take a moment to pause and 'be' that statement for ourselves. This week and ongoing, make mindful spaces and pauses in your family's daily conversations that reminds you of this sentence in all its glory. Share the smiles as you find the joy in the little insights that emerge through it all. Send it out as prayers for the world.
