Laddership CircleLaddership Circles are a space for project initiators to dive into the nuances of leading with inner transformation, learn about gift ecology design thinking, and cultivate new patterns of positive deviance that may emerge through the process.
 

Volunteer Role:

Awakin Dialogues: Alumni Host
To carry forth the ideas, explorations and experiments that have emerged in our Laddership Circles, we're hosting a series of 90-min "Awakin Dialogue" virtual circles with Laddership Alumni to dive deeper into various topics of designing for transformation. This volunteer would co-anchor the circle, seed discussion questions and dynamically hold space for an emergent conversation.

Volunteers in this role must have completed a 6-week Laddership Circle.
