Every year, Somik has been creating some great ripples at the annual Decision Analysis (DA) conference.  This year, one of his sessions was on "metrics of value", explaining and how the purpose of metrics is to drive action and NOT be a measure of value. Another session was called "Heart of DA", shifting DA away for increasing monetary gains towards its real power in delivering inner transformation.
