To celebrate our dear friend Julie's birthday, we gathered together at Danny's studio and poured our love into making hand-made art postcards for a beautiful project, Traveling Postcards ~ a humanitarian organization founded on the premise that art has the ability to heal. The cards we lovingly made that evening will join hundreds of others to be hand delivered to individuals and communities, bringing awareness, hope, visibility, beauty and voice to women and girls whose lives have suffered from isolation, violence or repression. Julie, a nurse by training, gifts Rieki treatments and her presence to women, children, and families in Hospice care. I feel so blessed to be surrounded and inspired by so many love warriors:)
