Awakin May
Inspired by Awakin Wednesdays and the spirit of community, we will gather on Wednesday, May 30th to sit in silence for an hour, do a circle of sharing of our "aha" moments (around an inspirational reading sent in advance) or gratitude, and end the night with a home-cooked vegetarian meal together. There is no cost to attend and there is no underlying agenda. It is simply an offering in the spirit of stillness and service.

Our format for the evening goes like this:
7:30PM An hour of collective silence; its unguided, without any music. For first-timers, this primer on meditation may be helpful.
 
8:30PM Short reading, followed by a circle of sharing of “aha” moments from everyday life. This will be followed by dinner.
