Walking Into Stillness - Hampstead Heath - Sept 24th
A day spent in Hampstead Heath where a depth of stillness will naturally unfold as we surrender to the beauty and mystery of nature. By simply paying attention we can allow ourselves to experience the stillness that is inherent in both nature and ourselves.


Using the support of nature to find depth and stillness in our inner being we will continue to explore our recent 6 Elements Theme - Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Space & Consciousness.
