Walking into Stillness - RIchmond Park - June 25th
A day spent in the beautiful Richmond Park where a depth of stillness will naturally unfold as we surrender to the beauty and mystery of nature. By simply paying attention we can allow ourselves to experience the stillness that is inherent in both nature and ourselves.

With Earth Day having gone by recently and the sun calling us out, here's a beautiful opportunity to meet in the lap of nature. Using her support to find depth and stillness in our inner being we will explore the 6 Elements Theme being Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Space & Consciousness, starting with the Earth element.

Plan for the day

Start at 10am. Finish at 4pm

Sharing of morning experiences
Picnic lunch - bring and share
Fun and Games
Longer walk around Richmond Park exploring the dams and deer spots.

A special route will be planned and led. We will send you more information about where to meet and car pooling possibilities closer to the time.
