Walking Into Stillness: Epping Forest
A day spent in the beautiful Epping forest where a depth of stillness will naturally unfold as we surrender to the beauty and mystery of nature.  By simply paying attention we can allow ourselves to experience the stillness that is inherent in both nature and ourselves.

Relaxed, getting to know others while mindfully walking back
