Walking Into Stillness: Hampton Court Park
For this Walking into Stillness outing we will be visiting Hampton Court Park.  This place is very special to Nisha and I as it has always held some magical tranquility each time we visited.  It is a very quiet park with beautiful trees, natural vegetation and a lovely lake.

Beautiful walk
We hope to spend the day here to allow a depth of stillness to naturally unfold as we surrender to the beauty and mystery of nature. By simply paying attention we can allow ourselves to experience the stillness that is inherent in both nature and ourselves.

Also as the weather is warming up, we thought we would begin this day with an optional scenic walk along the river from Richmond station (roughly 1.5 hours).

Plan for the day

9.30am: Meet at Richmond St and walk to Hampton Court (optional)
11.00am: Meet others at Hampton Court

A special route will be planned and led. We will send you more information about where to meet and car pooling possibilities closer to the time.
