Awakin Irvine: Circle of Sharing with Nipun Mehta
Awakin gatherings bring together small groups of people in living rooms around the world. We start with the first hour in silence, the second hour with a circle of sharing, and third hour of dinner.

On Sunday, May 11th, one such circle is coming together for a reflective gathering in Irvine.
  • 10AM - Sit together in silence for an hour
11AM - Circle of Sharing, followed by reflection by Nipun (more below)
    12:30PM - Vegetarian lunch
Kindly email us an RSVP, so as to help us plan dinner accordingly.

In this circle, we'll be joined by Nipun Mehta.  He is the founder of ServiceSpace, an incubator of gift-economy projects, and someone who has globally championed acts of kindness as a way to build our social capital and pioneered the idea of Giftivism. For those who don't know about Nipun's personal journey, you'll be intrigued to learn that six months into their marriage, he and his wife Guri left all the comforts of life in California and went on a pilgrimage in India, eating wherever food was offered, sleeping wherever a flat surface was found and embracing remote corners of their own consciousness. It would be great to have you join us, share a contemplative space of reflection, and plant seeds for co-creating more goodness in the world. To join, simply RSVP below and we'll send you a follow-up email with the details.
