Thank you for signing up for our 14-Day Gong with Master Mingtong, curated by Dr. Cynthia Li.  We are delighted to be able to include you in our collective practice and cultivation.

To kick things off, on Friday @ 8:00AM PDT, we will start with a 90-120 minute opening workshop and orientation meeting. We will share some background context, get to know each other a little bit, receive a teaching and light practice with Master Mingtong, and cover the nuts and bolts for the upcoming week.
