As an update this month, we're celebrating 1-year of Laddership Circles and gearing up for our 5th circle next month! Been great to see the collective emergence from a hive of volunteers-- with Preeta, Birju and Somik revamping curriculum, 9 enthused ladders (5 of whom are alums from prior circles :)) ready to anchor in Feb/Mar, and various thinking around articulating gift and beyond.

Also, Teaching+Transformation just shipped out its 28th newsletter today, and some beautiful ripples are unfolding on that front-- from Anne galvanizing 15 volunteers for a Kindness Circle at a local middle school next week, to junior high students sewing their own heart pins, to various youth groups -- from CA to India -- hosting their own "Miles of Smiles". :)
