I was in Wellington, NZ, to give a talk -- and Smile Cards! I also shared them with a colleague at Massey University in Auckland, who quickly looked up ServiceSpace on his office computer. :) These are folks who all very much “got” and appreciated the nature of Smile Cards. But who had not seen them before. Happy to bring the cards, and all they represent, this 6,000-plus miles. :)

In the clip — which was filmed in 2013, but has only now found viral fame -- a flower vendor can be seen offering up an assortment of brightly colored roses. Until someone buy them all. :)
